New Delhi: A nationals’ gathering which led an individual test into the Kathua assault episode on Thursday guaranteed that the charge sheet documented by the Jammu and Kashmir Police for the situation had errors and the examination was messed up.
The gathering of educated people and academicians (GIA) will hand over a reality discovering report for the situation to Union Minister Jitendra Singh on Friday.
“We met in excess of 25 individuals including the casualty’s family, the blamed relatives, the powerful individuals from the Bakarwal people group and others,” GIA’s convener Monika Arora said.
She said that there are “inconsistencies in the charge sheet” documented by the Jammu and Kashmir Police wrongdoing branch and the whole “examination was bungled up.”
“We request a free and reasonable examination of this case from the CBI,” Arora said.
An eight-year-old young lady from the Bakarwal people group was purportedly stole, sedated, pack assaulted, tormented and murdered in January.
As indicated by the charge sheets documented by the wrongdoing branch, the kidnapping, assault and executing of the young lady was a piece of a deliberately arranged system to expel the traveling group from the region. A different charge sheet was petitioned for the adolescent, who is blamed for this situation.
